Lifetime Certified Master Trainer status is reserved for professional consultants who've been affiliated with the de Bono organization for at least 10 years, have trained over 10,000 people in de Bono thinking systems, have demonstrated outstanding platform skills, who exemplify the highest standards in customer service, and represent Edward de Bono’s spirit of creativity and constructive thinking. There are only 4 de Bono Trainer's worldwide who have achieved this special status.

de Bono Master Trainer status is awarded to Certified Trainers who have trained a minimum of 250 people in the workshop and have demonstrated excellence in the field. Master Trainers are authorized to not only conduct end-user training events, but also de Bono certification (train-the-trainer). There are only 37 de Bono Master Trainers worldwide.

Certified de Bono Trainer status is awarded to individuals who complete an official Edward de Bono Certification. A Certified de Bono Trainer is authorized to train end-users on the specific Edward de Bono workshops in which they're certified.
